Tadpole (2012)

I don’t know much about this. There’s a paper on it here. Rough translation: Bright, dense nebula resembling a comet inside of a less dense, nebula being called a tadpole. The tadpole’s tail is being swooshed around by the wind that’s also pushing it away from Cygnus, the swan. Ok, that’s as good as my under-educated mind can produce. Sorry if it’s wrong at all!

Hubble data is public domain, but I put a lot of work into combining it into beautiful color images. The minimal credit line should read: NASA / ESA / J. Schmidt
