NGC 1501 (2013)

I previously processed this but decided to do it again for my planetary nebula collection. It was one of the very first things I attempted and I lacked quite a bit of technique and knowledge about processing. What a difference knowing what you’re doing makes.

It has no common name. I’d call it the Brain Nebula. It looks somewhat like a superior view of a human brain.

North is NOT up.
