The following photographs were taken by my grandfather, Kent Spring, during WWII in 1945 while he was in the navy. He was stationed at Tacloban, Leyte, which is an island in the Philippines. I took an interest in these not only for their historical value but for the artistic one as well. All the photographs are 9" x 7" (23 x 18cm).
