Written on the back: #1 General view of the point on which the Navy Base is located. Signal tower (H1) is above stern of third ship from left. The capitol building is above same ship. The small craft are native boats. This is their largest anchorage place as it is near trading markets and well protected from the weather. Only a small part of Tacloban is shown, the main part is to the North of this area.
