Written on the back: #16 An American's home. It's the only decent looking one I have seen. His name is or was "Mercedes". I don't know where he is. From what I gather, he owned the island or at least what was worth owning. He also owns the city's two theaters and controls the transporation (civilian). He and another white man were together on the deals.
