NGC 6629 (2013)

This one is inside a larger, fainter structure that simply doesn’t show up as far as I can tell in the Hubble data. Even if it is there, it’s cut off a bit in this view. Have a look at this image to see what I mean. The way the fainter shell tapers at one end is strange.

Green: Pseudo
Blue: hst_06119_32_wfpc2_f555w_pc_sci

North is NOT up.
